What’s your return policy? We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us.

Special orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. These items are made order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We will provide refunds within 24 hours of the order. After the 24 hours your refund request is at Links Wooden Dog Crate’s sole discretion.  For more details on this please contact us threw the site.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at  with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Once an orders is submitted, it’s placed in que for production. Each crate takes approx. 2 weeks to build and fully let the finish dry. Due to the made to order nature lead time is always different, we cannot guarantee that work has started as soon as the order is placed. However we will update you on our current lead time,  and update you once your crate has started production.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. We offer delivery in Canada, delivery fees are different for each order estimated $200 – 500. Delivery fees are subject to change at any time. Delivery is curbside, which means to the front door outside.

Links Wooden Dog Crates come fully assembled, no need to get the tools out. We do ask you have 2 people home to carry the crate inside.

The customer is responsible for making sure the item can fit in the room of choice and can be carried through all entry points by verifying building access and all doorway measurements. Outside access to the delivery area must be clear, and the inside area where the furniture will be placed must be accessible for placement of furniture.

Current Lead time 4 weeks.

Lead times are subjected to change due to order volume. Lead times are updated as needed. Once orders are filled lead times will be confirmed.

We use hand selected wood pine for the structure of our crates. Bars and hardware are made of Metal and in a black finish. We use an oil base stain, that we offer with 6 different colours. After being stained we seal with a water based polyurethane.

Use of Products. All products are made with non-toxic materials. However, you should limit any chewing, licking, or other uses of our products by your animals. Links Wooden Dog Crates is not responsible for any injury to your animal due to the misuse of the crate or other animal furniture product such as damage to the structure of the product, damage to the area where your animal furniture product is stored and/or injury to your animal such as splinters, scratches, and/or other injuries. Further, our products should be used with plastic trays so that should your animal have an accident, the furniture does not get soiled.

We do not offer crate pans at this time, however you can order them online, to fit our sizes.

Here are a few tips to help maintain your wooden Dog Crate.

Use no chew spray on the wood to prevent your pup from chewing.( Available at any local pet store)

Use a hard wood cleaner that is pet safe with little to no fragrance. Do not leave cleaner on the wood to dry once cleaned wipe off until dry.

We do not cover a full replacement of any crate. However we will do our best to correct the issue with sending a replacement part, shipping fees may apply, we do not cover shipping for any replacements.

We takes great care to ensure safe materials and construction practices are used in our products for your pet. However, we do not accept any liability regarding pet safety and well being. This product is only meant for animals and is not safe for children.

We do not offer any returns or refunds all sales are final. All crates are made to order.
